The Elder Scrolls Online has announced a limited-time free trial for its ESO Plus membership, which is currently live and will run until Tuesday, November 10, at 10 AM ET. This trial allows all players to experience a range of benefits typically reserved for subscribers, including access to a substantial amount of DLC content and the highly sought-after Craft Bag.

During the trial period, players can explore over 30 DLC game packs, which include new zones, quests, and 30 group dungeons. The trial also provides access to game systems like Tales of Tribute. A key feature available is the Craft Bag, which offers unlimited storage for all crafting materials, addressing a common inventory challenge for crafters. Additionally, bank space for all characters on an account is doubled.

Additional Trial Benefits

Beyond content access and storage, the ESO Plus free trial also boosts several in-game progression rates. Players will receive a 10% increase to Experience, Gold, Archival Fortune acquisition, Crafting Inspiration, Alliance Points, Tel Var Stones, and trait research rates. Housing enthusiasts will benefit from double furnishings and collectibles space, along with the exclusive ability to dye costumes. The trial also doubles Transmute Crystal storage and increases Tome Points earned from Challenges by 10%. Furthermore, Antiquity system lead times are increased.

To activate the free trial, players need to log into The Elder Scrolls Online, navigate to the Crown Store, select the ESO Plus tab, and then choose "Free Trial!". It is important to note that the free trial does not include the regular ESO Plus Crowns stipend, nor does it grant access to Companions introduced in base-game Update 44, or the Blackwood, High Isle, or Necrom Chapters.
